But because they were so clear – à la “Would you give me a fresh perspective on my life, please?”
And the fact that some of you then also wanted to add “just a little follow-up question, on the side” always made me smile:
Because, to me, those follow-up questions are like the different curves on this snail’s shell I found while strolling on the shores of Lake Constance, the other day (see picture, above): Each of these curves, and each of your rounds of follow-up questions form bigger or smaller variations of the same theme. And together, these nuances then snuggle up to each other to create a beautiful whole. In nature and in life.

In den letzen Tagen & Wochen habt ihr schon lauter schöne Fragen gestellt, die mein Spirit Team & ich euch dann per Energy Reading beantwortet haben. Und ich fand jede einzelne dieser Fragen super interessant – gar nicht unbedingt, weil es besonders “große” Fragen gewesen wären.
Sondern weil sie so klar waren – à la, “Gib mir mal bitte einen frischen Blick auf mein Leben.”

Weil diese Zusatzfragen wie die unterschiedlich großen Kurven von diesem Schneckenhaus sind, das ich hier neulich beim Spazierengehen am Bodensee-Strand gefunden habe: Jede Kurve und jede Drehung ist eine kleinere oder größere Variante vom selben Thema, und diese Nuancen machen die ganze Sache dann gemeinsam rund.

Every single business I know could have this as a motto: “Things won’t go the way you think they will. But only all of the time.” Take me, for example: I used to think that, surely, you’d want to get to know me & my Spirit Team by coming to one of my cosy group gatherings, first.
Turns out, that’s not true at all!
Turns out, many of you like to get to know me much more directly, actually – via 1:1 sessions.
And in fact, most of you prefer to send me your questions in writing, even. And to receive personal audio messages from me & my Spirit Team, as a reply.

Traveling used to be quite stressful for me – but ever since I learned how to set some very precise intentions before I leave for each trip & have my Spirit Team support those intentions, energetically, each of my travel experiences has been surprisingly lovely. Recently, I started to teach my intention-setting-with-spirit-method to some of my clients (who are now not only using this method to set intentions for their trips, but also for their big meetings, for their difficult conversations, etc.) and as a result, they have now regularly been experiencing all kinds of beautiful surprises, as well.

Reisen war für mich früher eher stressig – aber seit ich gelernt habe, wie ich vor jedem Trip präzise Intentions setzen kann & wie ich mein Spirit Team diese Intentions energetisch unterstützen lassen kann, sind meine Reiseerlebnisse jedes Mal überraschend schön. Neulich habe ich begonnen, diese Intentions-mit-Spirit-Setzen-Methode auch einigen Klient*innen beizubringen (die diese Methode jetzt nicht nur für ihre Reisen, sondern auch vor großen Meetings oder schwierigen Gesprächen nutzen, etc.) und seitdem haben die ebenfalls schon regelmäßig schöne Überraschungen erlebt deswegen.

The hottest time of year is in full swing (even though, as I’m writing this, there are some heavy rain clouds coming in – and I can sense the city trees in the neighbourhood sighing with relief). And when the height of summer is doing its thing, your energies and your body will tend to want to change with the heat: You might have noticed that as the heat has been building, the energies inside of you and all around you have decided they’ll be moving at a slower pace, for now – flowing with the viscosity of liquid honey.
So, if you can accept, for the next four weeks or so, that your life will want to be honey-like – instead of it pushing forward with the bubbly-ness of spring – you might find that even the hottest days of summer can actually be quite enjoyable.
Speaking of which:

Die heißeste Zeit des Jahres hat längst begonnen (obwohl in diesem Moment, in dem ich hier schreibe, gerade ein paar dicke Regenwolken aufziehen, und ich kann förmlich spüren, wie die Stadtbäume aufatmen). Und vielleicht bemerkst Du gerade jetzt im späten Hochsommer, dass sich Deine Energien und Dein Körper mit der Hitze irgendwie verändern: Als würde sich alles in Dir langsamer als sonst bewegen wollen – wie zähflüssiger Honig.
Und wenn Du Dich in den nächsten vier Wochen darauf einlässt, dass sich Dein Leben jetzt eher gemächlich vor sich hinschieben will – statt wie im Frühling sprudelnd vorwärts zu drängen – kann sogar so ein Hochsommer ganz angenehm sein.

Zu meinen Sommerplänen gehört unter anderem, dass ich bis Ende Juli noch für Clarity Sessions & Energy Readings zu haben bin. (Hast Du meine Energy Readings schon ausprobiert? Die sind kurz und schnell und machen Spaß!)
Vom ersten bis zum elften August bin ich dann erstmal weg und lasse mich von dem See, den Du oben im Bild siehst, angenehm runterkühlen.
Und ab dem 12.8. bin ich dann wieder wie gehabt buchbar und im Büro.
Und ich finde es übrigens gar nicht so schlecht, im Hochsommer meiner Arbeit nachzugehen:
Wenn die Hektik des Alltags ab Mitte Juli langsam wie Honig zerfließt, ist die Ruhe, die daraus entsteht, oft eine ideale Ausgangsenergie für schöne Sessions.
