When I was young, there was this teenage magazine we all read here in Germany, which was notorious but also very popular: It was called Bravo, and in-between pop star interviews and celebrity gossip and fashion editorials and something called a “photo love story”, there was also an advice column in there – a type of Q&A service that teenagers could send their questions to, anonymously, and then a team of medical doctors, psychotherapists and youth counsellors would reply, in print.
Mostly, those questions were about first crushes and about heartbreak and about love. But some brave teenagers also sent in their very detailed questions about sex, or intimacy, or the changes their physical bodies went through during puberty.
And even though some of us would never have told anyone that these questions were the exact same questions we were secretly asking ourselves, we all devoured the corresponding answers, of course.
Now, as grown-ups, we’re still secretly asking ourselves these kinds of questions. But we’re not just curious about love or intimacy any more. We also want to know what to do about our unfulfilled hopes or long-held dreams, and what to make of a magical experience we may have had, or, we’d like to know what will happen once this lifetime ends, etc.
Which is why the Guides recently asked me to reply to these kinds of questions in a bigger way, for all of us to see.
Meaning, I’ll answer these questions in much the same way as Bravo magazine did – in other words, you’ll be able to submit your question, anonymously, and I’ll publish the answers my Spirit Team and I will come up with, publicly. This is so that those who may have a similar question to yours will be able to listen to our reply, as well.
I’m calling my new column “Life and Love and Stuff”, and I hope it will grow into a beautiful collection of audios that will reassure each of us that none of us are alone when it comes to those big (and small) questions.
Life and Love and Stuff – my new Q&A column
How it works:
- You’ll submit a question via my booking page – about life, or love, or “stuff”, i.e. your spirituality & your soul life.
- Then, I’ll sit with my Spirit Team to channel a reply for you – in such a way that those who may have a similar question to yours will be able to benefit from our reply, as well.
- And then, I’ll audio-record our reply and post it to my YouTube channel.
Each question will be treated confidentially, of course, so that you won’t have to spiritually strip down, so to speak, in front of everyone. Meaning, you’ll be able to choose your own alias, and any detail that would identify you is going to get redacted, in my reply.
Unfortunately, I won’t be able to offer this service for free, but I think 35 Euros (about 40 US Dollars) are a fair exchange, per reply.
Over on the German side of my business, I’ve already received two of those questions, and I’ve already published one channeled reply (that felt quite surprising, even to myself!). This first question is from “Kara” who wanted to know why she’s even here, i.e. on Earth. So, we’re starting off with some teeny tiny questions, it seems 😄

Kannst Du Dich noch an das Dr Sommer Team in der Bravo erinnern? Und an die Fragen, die da auf den quietschebunten Zeitschriftenseiten abgedruckt waren? Oft ging es dabei um Liebeskummer, oder um persönliche Identitätsfindung – und natürlich auch um Körperlichkeit und Sex. Die meisten von uns hätten vielleicht nie zugegeben, dass wir ganz ähnliche Fragen ans Leben hatten. Aber gelesen haben wir die Antworten natürlich alle – weil wir wissen wollten, ob es normal war, sich so-und-so oder auch ganz anders zu fühlen.
Und eigentlich haben wir auch als Erwachsene natürlich immer noch Fragen – über das Leben und die Liebe und so.
Vielleicht geht’s bei unseren erwachsenen Fragen aber nicht mehr nur um Liebeskummer, wie damals in der Bravo. Sondern auch um unerfüllte Hoffnungen, lang gehegte Wünsche, magische Erlebnisse, wilde Zufälle, oder die Frage, wo wir eigentlich hingehen, wenn dieses Leben mal zu Ende geht.
Und deshalb haben mich die Guides neulich drum gebeten, solche Fragen, die sich viele von uns vielleicht bisher nur privat gestellt haben, gern mal in einem größeren Rahmen zu beantworten.
Und zwar ganz ähnlich wie damals in der Bravo – also so, dass Du anonym eine Frage stellen kannst und ich die Antwort von meinem Spirit Team & mir dann öffentlich zur Verfügung stelle. Damit diejenigen, die vielleicht eine ganz ähnliche Frage haben wie Du, diese Antwort dann ebenfalls hören können.
Im Moment ist diese neue Rubrik, die ich “Das Leben und die Liebe und so” getauft habe, noch ganz frisch, aber mein Wunsch dafür ist, dass daraus im Verlauf der nächsten Monate eine schöne Sammlung wird, die uns allen zeigt, dass wir mit unseren großen und kleinen Fragen ans Leben nicht alleine sind.

Wie’s funktioniert:
- Du stellst auf meiner Buchungsseite eine Frage – über das Leben, über die Liebe oder über “und so”, also über Deine Spiritualität & Dein Seelenleben.
- Dann setze ich mich mit meinem Spirit Team zusammen und channele eine Antwort auf Deine Frage – und zwar so, dass alle, die eine ähnliche Frage haben, mit dieser Antwort auch was anfangen können.
- Und dann nehme ich unsere Antwort auf und poste sie auf meinem YouTube Kanal.
Ich behandle jede Anfrage vertraulich, damit Du Dich nicht in aller Öffentlichkeit seelisch nackig machen musst, sozusagen. Das heißt, statt Deinem echten Namen kannst Du Dir einfach ein Pseudonym aussuchen, das ich dann in meiner Antwort für Dich verwende. Und alles, was Dich erkennbar machen würde, wird natürlich anonymisiert.
Ganz kostenlos kann ich diesen Service leider nicht anbieten, aber ich denke, 35 Euro pro Antwort sind mehr als fair.
