What gives you hope? // Was gibt Dir Hoffnung?

(Die Deutsche Version findest Du weiter unten) // These last few weeks (and this whole year, really) have been quite hard for many of us – on a personal level, and also collectively. And when I look around and see that world politics is continuously moving in a direction that is anything but holistic-just-sustainable-democratic-caring, it’s sometimes hard for me not to lose faith in humanity. 

In times like these, I actively seek to find clarity, so that I don’t get stuck in this emotional-energetic churning anger spiral I’ve been feeling everywhere, and for a while now (not just since the results of the US election came in).

And what helps me, in times like these, is to ask my Helping Spirits to give me energetic inner images. 

Whenever my Helping Spirits give me these images, they are not just telling me a story. They are deeply immersing me in an inner healing experience. 

This method – to receive healing energies via stories and inner images – is a cultural technique that’s very ancient. 

By letting these energetic images move into us, we give them permission to dissolve patterns that are stuck in us – conscious ones, and unconscious ones. And the more we let these patterns dissolve, and the more we come back into the creative flow of life in this way, the more this flow can then bring us actual solutions. And then, we can start to actively shape our lives again, instead of staying stuck in fear or anger. 

In many cultures of our modern world, energy techniques like these were lost – but since we, as a humanity, have been using them for millennia, we can sense their loving powers as soon as we experience them again in action.

Over the weekend, my Helping Spirits gave me an energetic inner image which helped me get unstuck.

And maybe, this image will help you, too. 

Before you read the text below, check in with yourself for a moment: How are you feeling, right now? And then compare that to how you are feeling once you’re done reading.

Picture this: 

You’re walking through a glowing, autumnal forest. The air is quite crisp, and as you walk, you can see several tall trees, some bushy scrubs, much wilted foliage on the forest floor, and some mushrooms. There’s a quiet pond. And a few birds are flapping around in the trees. 

You arrive at a big tree trunk that’s basking in the sun, looking cosy, and you decide to sit down here and rest for a bit. 

In front of you, right by your feet, there’s a small puddle, and you can see the sky reflected in it. 

And the forest puddle begins to speak to you: 

“Can you see that within me, several things exist at the same time – there’s my water, and then there’s the forest floor, and then there’s also the sky, above? The water in me is so clear you can see the brown & wilted leaves, lying on the ground. And at the same time, in the surface of the water, you can see the reflection of the sky and all the clouds.”

“My puddle-ground is what’s right in front of you. It’s your next step. And the sky you see reflected here, that’s your big vision. It’s the space where your dreams and desires live. And the water in me, that’s the medium that connects the two – both your next step and your big vision,” the puddle says. 

“So you don’t have to decide here whether to look at the thing that’s right in front of you, or whether to focus on the big vision that spans across it. You can see them both. Simultaneously.” 

“Whenever life trembles with such a big quake like the one that just shook up the forest floor (via the world of politics), the surface of my water gets rippled. And you lose sight of your big vision for a moment. And what’s right in front of you is more difficult to make out, as well, when life trembles like that.” 

“In moments like these,” says the puddle, “wait for a while, until the quake has settled down a bit, so you can see both dimensions again: Both your next step, and your big vision, above.” 

“Both are here for you, always.” 

“Sometimes, quakes like that are quite enormous. In those moments, whole trees will fall, and small puddles like me will disappear – we will get buried, or we will seep into the ground.” 

“But the water in me that helps you see both your next step and the big vision exists in so many other places, too. Look around. There’s a pond over there, for example. And that’s where you can see it all again: The thing that’s right in front of you, and your big vision.” 

“Take your time to look at them both, again and again.”

“What’s your next step?”

“What does your big vision look like?”

“And what is the medium that connects these two, for you?”

“Take your time to look at it all.” 

“And then you can decide to take your next step.”

… 

Sit with this inner image for a moment, if you like.  

By the way, here’s what I find interesting, too, when I look at it: Water is a medium for me that literally helps me see things. I often “read” water (just as I read my oracle cards) and it shows me how to connect the dots, and how to work through something in my my life and improve it. In other words, water is a very helpful giver of information for me – both for me personally, and in session for my clients, too. 

What are your personal media, or instruments, or practices, or people etc. that help you understand the world, find hope, and actively shape your life?

What helps you see both your next step and your big vision?

Was gibt Dir Hoffnung?

Die letzten Wochen (und dieses ganze bisherige Jahr) waren für viele von uns hart – persönlich, und kollektiv. Und wenn ich mich so umschaue, und sehe, dass sich die Weltpolitik laufend in eine Richtung bewegt, die das Gegenteil von ganzheitlich-gerecht-nachhaltig-demokratisch-sozial ist, fällt es mir oft nicht leicht, den Glauben an die Menschheit nicht zu verlieren. 

In solchen Zeiten suche ich bewusst Klarheit, damit ich nicht in der Wut-Angst-Spirale stecken bleibe, die ich (nicht erst seit dem Wahlergebnis in den USA) überall spüren kann.

Und was mir dann hilft, ist, mir von meinen Helping Spirits energetische innere Bilder geben zu lassen. 

Jedes Mal, wenn sie mir solche Bilder geben, erzählen sie mir damit nicht nur eine Geschichte. Sondern sie lassen mich direkt in ein Erlebnis eintauchen, das energetisch heilend wirkt. 

Diese Methode – über innere Bilder Heilenergie zu bekommen – ist eine uralte Kulturtechnik. 

Indem wir solche energetischen Bilder in uns wirken lassen, können diese Bilder in uns – bewusste und unbewusste – festsitzende Muster auflösen. Und je mehr wir solche Muster in uns auflösen lassen, und mit dem Fluss des Lebens mitmachen, umso leichter bringt dieser Fluss dann auch faktisch Lösungen zu uns. Und dann können wir das Leben wieder aktiv mit gestalten, statt in Angst oder Wut festzustecken. 

In unserer heutigen modernen Welt sind solche energetischen Techniken leider in etlichen Kulturen verloren gegangen – aber weil wir sie als Menschheit über viele Jahrtausende genutzt haben, spüren wir ihre angenehme Wirkung sofort, sobald wir sie wieder live erleben.  

Gestern Abend hat mir mein Spirit Team so ein energetisches inneres Bild mitgegeben, das mir geholfen hat, aus meiner Wut-Angst-Starre rauszukommen. 

Und vielleicht hilft Dir dieses Bild ja auch.

Nimm Dir einen Moment Zeit, kurz zu spüren, wie Du Dich fühlst, bevor Du diesen Text liest, und vergleiche dann, wie es Dir danach geht. 

… 

Stell Dir mal Folgendes vor: 

Du bist in einem herbstlich-bunten Wald unterwegs. Die Luft ist schon recht kühl, und Du siehst im Vorbeigehen etliche hohe Bäume, struppige Sträucher, viel Laub auf dem Waldboden, ein paar Steinpilze. Einen ruhigen Tümpel. Vorbeiflatternde Vögel. 

Du kommst an einem dicken Baumstamm vorbei, der in der Sonne liegt und gemütlich aussieht, und Du setzt Dich, um hier einen Moment lang zu rasten.    

Vor Dir, vor Deinen Füßen, siehst Du eine kleine Pfütze, in der sich der Himmel spiegelt. 

Und diese Pfütze beginnt, mit Dir zu sprechen. 

“Kannst Du sehen, dass es hier in mir mehrere Dinge gleichzeitig gibt – mein Wasser, den Waldboden unter mir, und den Himmel darüber? Das Wasser in mir ist so klar, dass Du die braunen, welken Laubblätter sehen kannst, die auf meinem Grund liegen. Und gleichzeitig siehst Du den Himmel und die Wolken, die sich auf meiner Wasseroberfläche spiegeln.

Mein Pfützen-Grund ist das, was direkt vor Dir liegt. Dein nächster Schritt. Der Himmel, den Du in mir gespiegelt siehst, das ist die große Vision. Der Raum, in dem Deine Wünsche wohnen. Und das Wasser in mir ist das Medium, das die beiden miteinander verbindet – den nächsten Schritt mit der großen Vision. 

Du musst hier also nicht entscheiden, ob Du das anschaust, was direkt vor Dir liegt, oder ob Du Dich auf die große Vision fokussierst, die sich darüber spannt. Du kannst beides sehen. Gleichzeitig.

Immer dann, wenn so eine Erschütterung kommt wie die, die gerade aus der politischen Welt hierher in den Wald gedonnert kam, dann kräuselt sich meine Wasseroberfläche. Und Du verlierst den Blick auf die große Vision für einen Moment. Und das, was vor Dir liegt, ist dann vor lauter Erschütterung auch erstmal nicht mehr so leicht erkennbar. 

Warte dann einen Moment ab, bis sich die Erschütterung wieder ein wenig gelegt hat, und Du beides wieder sehen kannst: Das, was direkt vor Dir liegt, und das große Ganze darüber. 

Beides ist immer da.

Manchmal ist so eine Erschütterung sehr groß. Dann fallen ganze Bäume um, und so eine kleine Pfütze wie ich ist dann plötzlich weg – vergraben – versickert. 

Aber das Wasser, in dem Du Deinen nächsten Schritt und Deine große Vision gleichzeitig sehen kannst, gibt es ja noch an ganz vielen anderen Orten. Schau Dich mal um. Da drüben ist zum Beispiel ein Tümpel. In dem kannst Du auch wieder beides gleichzeitig sehen: Das, was direkt vor Dir liegt, und Deine große Vision. 

Nimm Dir die Zeit, immer wieder beides gemeinsam anzuschauen. 

Was ist der nächste Schritt, der direkt vor Dir liegt?

Wie sieht Deine große Vision aus?

Und was ist das Medium, das die beiden für Dich miteinander verbindet?

Schau Dir alles in Ruhe an. 

Und dann kannst Du Dich für den nächsten Schritt entscheiden.” 

… 

Lass dieses Bild gern noch einen Moment wirken. 

Was ich an diesem (inneren) Bild übrigens auch interessant finde: Wasser ist für mich ein Medium, in dem ich tatsächlich Dinge sehen kann. Ich “lese” oft aus Wasser (so, wie ich auch aus meinen Orakelkarten lese) und lasse mir von ihm Zusammenhänge zeigen, wenn ich die Welt besser verstehen möchte oder etwas in meinem Leben verändern & verbessern will. Wasser ist für mich also ein hilfreicher Info-Geber – sowohl für mich persönlich, als auch in meinen Sessions für meine Klient*innen.   

Was sind Deine persönlichen Mittel, Instrumente, Praktiken, Menschen etc., die Dir helfen, die Welt besser zu verstehen, Hoffnung zu schöpfen, und Dein Leben aktiv zu gestalten?

Was hilft Dir dabei, Deinen nächsten Schritt und Deine große Vision nicht aus den Augen zu verlieren?

Ich hoffe, Du kannst sie beide sehen.

A moonlight message // Eine Mondlicht-Message

(Deutsche Version: s.u.) // When I spoke to my Spirit Team over the weekend, a moonlight message came through for all of us. So here goes:

Picture this:

You’re on a stony beach, and you’re surrounded by some rough big rocks. The ocean is wild out here, and the waves are rushing against these rocks, spraying. It’s dusky, almost dark, and you don’t know your way around here. You can feel the sharp-edged rocks against your feet, you can smell the salt and the brine and the coolness of the night setting in, and you’re not sure where to go from here. 

The moon rises and it lights up the scenery that surrounds you. Things look kind of spooky. Each rock a wild figure. 

How big might those rocks be? Can you climb over them? Or would you have to look for a different path? Who knows. 

The moon is shining down onto these rocks. And its light begins to talk to you: 

“When the light shines onto a thing, it is seen. When the light doesn’t shine, you cannot see the thing. And in the sunshine, the world doesn’t look like it does in the moonlight. In the dark of night, even the most harmless rocks will look spooky.”

“You can wait until the daylight comes back, of course, so you can see where to go next”, says the light. “Or, you can just get out your flashlight. As long as you can’t really see what you are looking at, these rocks will scare you. But since you’re human, you can use your artificial light – that’s your privilege.”

The moonlight goes on: “All the things that scare you need to be brought into the light now, so you can examine them from all sides. And this beach – and these rocks – are just metaphors, you know. You don’t know how long this night is going to last. So, get your flashlight out, and shine a light onto all the things that are in the dark. Use your tools.”

“Everyone is scared of something – everyone is surrounded by sharp-edged rocks, these days. And you won’t be able to wait for the night to end on its own. You need to look at what scares you, now. As soon as you shine a light on it, it’s no longer scary.”

“Why am I telling you this? Because there are so many humans who would rather sit where they happen to be than turn on a light and find out where they could go, next. This is also just a metaphor, of course. ‘To turn on a light’ means, ‘to want to know’. When you do that, life is no longer scary.”

The moonlight winks at you: “And if you don’t have your own flashlight, ask around. There are plenty of people around, you know. And you can always borrow someone else’s light.”

Eine Mondlicht Message

Als ich am Wochenende mit meinem Spirit Team gesprochen habe, kam eine Mondlicht-Message für uns alle durch. Und die geht so:

Stell Dir mal Folgendes vor:

Du bist an einem steinigen Strand, mit vielen großen Felsen. Das Meer ist hier wild, und es rauscht mit viel Gischt-Gespritze an den Felsen entlang. Es ist schon fast dunkel, und Du kennst Dich hier nicht aus. Du spürst die scharfkantigen Steine unter Deinen Füßen, riechst das Salzwasser und die Kühle der Nacht, die gerade hereinzieht, und Du weißt nicht so recht, wo es hier weitergeht. 

Der Mond geht auf und beleuchtet die Landschaft um Dich herum, und sie sieht irgendwie gruselig aus. Jeder Felsen wie ein wildes Gebilde. 

Wie hoch sind diese Felsen? Kann man da drüberklettern? Oder müsstest Du Dir einen ganz anderen Weg suchen? Wer weiß. 

Der Mond leuchtet auf die Felsen. Und das Licht beginnt, mit Dir zu reden:

“Wenn Licht auf ein Ding leuchtet, kannst Du es sehen. Wenn kein Licht drauf scheint, siehst Du es nicht. Und bei Sonnenlicht sieht die Welt ganz anders aus als im Mondschein. In der Nacht sehen sogar diese harmlosen Felsen hier gruselig aus.”

“Du kannst natürlich warten, bis das Tageslicht zurück kommt, damit Du sehen kannst, wie es hier weitergeht”, sagt das Licht. “Du kannst aber auch einfach Deine Taschenlampe auspacken. Solange Du nicht so richtig sehen kannst, was Du da vor Dir hast, machen Dir diese Felsen Angst. Aber weil Du ein Mensch bist, kannst Du künstliches Licht nutzen – das ist Dein Vorteil.” 

Das Licht spricht weiter: “Alles, was Dir Angst macht, musst Du jetzt mal in Ruhe von allen Seiten beleuchten, damit Du es verstehen kannst. Und dieser Strand hier – und diese dunklen gruseligen Felsen – sind ja nur Metaphern. Du kannst nicht wissen, wie lang die Nacht wohl noch dauern wird. Also pack mal vorsichtshalber gleich Deine Taschenlampe aus, und beleuchte alles, was für Dich im Dunkeln liegt. Nutz Deine Werkzeuge.”

“Jeder Mensch hat vor irgendwas Angst – alle haben gerade solche scharfen Felsen um sich herum. Und es hilft nicht, drauf zu warten, dass die Nacht irgendwann von alleine zu Ende geht. Es ist leichter, Dir jetzt anzuschauen, was Dir Angst macht. Sobald Du mit Deinem Licht drauf leuchtest, ist das alles nicht mehr gruselig.”

“Warum erzähle ich Dir das? Weil es im Moment so viele Leute gibt, die lieber dort sitzen bleiben, wo sie gerade gelandet sind, anstatt sich Licht zu machen, damit sie rausfinden können, wie der Weg weitergeht. Das ist natürlich auch nur eine Metapher. Ein Licht anzumachen bedeutet: Wissen zu wollen. Sobald Du das tust, ist das Leben um Dich herum nicht mehr gruselig.”

Das Mondlicht zwinkert Dir zu, und sagt: “Und wenn Du gerade keine eigene Taschenlampe dabei hast, hör Dich mal um. Da sind ganz viele Leute um Dich herum. Und irgendwer hat immer eine Lampe dabei, die Du Dir ausborgen kannst.”

Messages from Spirit // Nachrichten von Spirit

(Deutsche Version: s.u.) // In the old days, people like me (i.e. the healers, shamans, storytellers) would go out into the world, alone, in times of crisis, to meet with the Nature Spirits. Returning from their journeys, they would often bring two kinds of stories back to their communities: A big one, meant for the larger collective, told by the fireplace to everyone who wanted to listen. And then there would also be personal messages, and individual members of the group would meet with their healer or shaman in person, and receive each message, privately. 

This week, the Guides invited me to give this method a try. And the trees gave me a message and a story for all of us:  

“You’re sitting on the forest floor, and you’re watching a little ant who’s walking towards an anthill – her big and beautiful home that’s glistening in the sun. From all over, other little ants are coming, too. They’re bringing pine needles, little pieces of wood, crumbs of dirt, the tiniest pearls of resin. Building material at its best. 

On one side of the anthill, there’s a bit of a dent. Yesterday, a dog came by, and he wanted to dig a little, and sniff around for a bit. But his nose quickly learned that it’s no fun at all to go dig up an anthill. So he ran away again, snorting. 

The ants weren’t bothered by the dog causing chaos. They just went looking for new pine needles, started patching up their hill’s dent, and kept on building. 

Next to the anthill, there’s a pine tree. ‘Look at this anthill’, the tree says. ‘Isn’t it fantastic? There’s so much good, fulfilling work that went into this. Each little ant has played her part in it, in her own wonderful way, and all of my old pine needles have been worked into this structure. I love how it’s making my roots feel all warm and cosy underneath. It’s so beautiful. Now, can you feel how you long to have your work be as fulfilling as the ant’s work is – and can you feel how you long to feel like a little ant sometimes, who knows exactly what she needs to do? And who is given all of the materials and all of the information she needs to be able to do her thing well? And can you sense how you long to experience how suddenly, from all the things you and all the others have been doing, side by side, something really good starts to build? It’s possible, you know. But in order for you to get there, you’ll have to listen to us. Us, the trees. Us, your guides. Us, Life itself. Will you?’”

Nachrichten von Spirit

In früheren Zeiten sind so Leute wie ich (die zu den Heiler*innen, Schaman*innen, Geschichtenerzähler*innen etc. gehörten) in Krisenmomenten oft allein hinaus in die Welt gegangen, um sich mit der Natur und mit Spirit zu treffen. Oft kamen sie dabei mit zwei Sorten von Messages zurück: Einer größeren Geschichte, für die sich die gesamte Community ums Feuer versammelte, um sie zu hören. Und dann gab es aber auch noch vertrauliche Messages, und einzelne Leute trafen sich dann mit ihrer Heiler*in / Schaman*in / Geschichtenerzähler*in für private Einzelgespräche und bekamen ihre Messages dann persönlich erzählt.  

Diese Woche haben mich die Guides dazu eingeladen, mal die erste Methode auszuprobieren. Und die Bäume haben mir dabei eine Message für uns alle mitgegeben:  

“Du sitzt auf dem Waldboden, und beobachtest eine kleine Ameise, wie sie auf ihren Ameisenhügel zuläuft – ihr schönes, großes, warmes Zuhause, das da in der Sonne glänzt. Von überall her kommen lauter andere kleine Ameisen und bringen Tannennadeln, winzige Holzstückchen, Erdkrümel und kleinste Harzperlen mit. Bestes Baumaterial. 

An einer Seite vom Bau ist eine kleine Delle zu sehen. Gestern kam ein Hund vorbei, der am Hügel graben und schnüffeln wollte. Seine Hundenase hat schnell zu spüren bekommen, dass es keinen Spaß macht, hier zu graben. Und er ist schnaubend weitergelaufen.   

So ein bisschen Hunde-Chaos macht den Ameisen nicht viel aus. Sie suchen einfach nach neuen Tannennadeln, reparieren die Delle und bauen weiter. 

Neben dem Ameisenhaufen steht eine Tanne. ‘Schau Dir diesen tollen Ameisenbau an’, sagt sie. ‘Ist der nicht schön? So viel erfüllende Arbeit steckt da drin. Jede Ameise hilft hier mit, auf ihre Art, und meine alten Nadeln sind alle da drin verbaut. Und ich mag die Wärme, die dieser Bau um meine Wurzeln herum verbreitet. Schön ist das alles. Merkst Du, dass Du Dich manchmal danach sehnst, so eine erfüllende Aufgabe wie die der Ameisen zu haben – und ganz genau zu wissen, was es zu tun gibt? Und wie Du Dich danach sehnst, vom Leben alles Material und alle Infos zu bekommen, damit Du einfach Dein Ding gut machen kannst?  Und wie schön es wäre, wenn Du erleben könntest, dass plötzlich aus all dem, was Du und all die anderen da nebeneinander machen, was richtig Gutes wächst? Das geht, weißt Du. Aber Du dafür musst Du uns zuhören. Uns, den Bäumen. Uns, Deinen Guides. Uns, dem Leben an sich. Machst Du das?’”

(Deutsche Version: s. u.) // Sometimes, you don’t really want to talk about the things that are whirling around in your mind. And even though, in those moments, you might still want to book a “real” session with the Guides & me, frankly, you don’t have the time to schedule a whole Zoom call.

As you book your appointment, you ask a written question that either covers your current career, or an interpersonal relationship (of any kind), or, your life, itself. 

For example, you could ask: “What does my current career situation look like, from a neutral point of view? I’m afraid I’m a bit biased, right now – so, what do I need to know to be able to handle this situation well?”

At the time of our appointment (which is fully remote – i.e., no Zoom call), I will sit here in my office and connect to your question, to your situation, and to my Guides, and I will begin my Energy Reading. Meaning, I will start to channel information & energetic insights & maybe a short guided meditation for you which can help you understand your situation, soothe your mind, and receive energetic support. 

I will record my Energy Reading and all of the channeled info as an audio file for you, and once it’s done, I will send that file to you via e-mail.

Fehlt Dir die Zeit?

Manchmal möchtest Du eigentlich gar nicht mit jemandem über all das reden müssen, was Dir gerade im Kopf herumschwirrt. Und obwohl Du in so einem Moment vielleicht trotzdem gern eine “richtige” Session mit den Guides & mit mir hättest, hast Du gerade (ehrlich gesagt) kaum Zeit, um einen extra Zoom Call zu buchen. 

Aber Du hättest trotzdem gern irgendeine Form von Feedback von den Guides & von mir. 

Und Du möchtest wissen, ob es irgendwas gäbe, was Dein unruhiges Gedankengeflatter in ruhigere Bahnen lenken könnte, damit Du wieder nach vorn blicken und in Ruhe weiterarbeiten kannst. 

Vielen von uns begegnen solche schwirrenden Gedanken vor allem im Berufsstress. 

Und sogar noch viel öfter auch in zwischenmenschlichen Situationen.

Bei der Buchung stellst Du mir schriftlich eine Frage, die sich entweder auf Deine laufende Karriere bezieht, oder auf eine zwischenmenschliche Beziehung (jeglicher Form). 

Zum Beispiel so: “Wie sieht meine derzeitige berufliche Situation ganz neutral betrachtet aus? Ich hab bin da gerade nicht mehr objektiv – was müsste ich also wissen, um gut mit dieser Situation umgehen zu können?”

Oder so: “Ich würde gern wissen, wie ich dieses zwischenmenschliche Thema lösen kann, das mir im Moment keine Ruhe gibt. Was übersehe ich da gerade?”

Oder Du könntest fragen: “Wie sieht die Beziehung zwischen mir und *diesem bestimmten Thema* im Moment energetisch gesehen aus? Ich hätte gern ein plastisches Bild davon, das mir erklärt, warum mich dieser Bereich meines Lebens gerade so stresst, bzw. wie ich dieses Thema loslassen könnte und stattdessen frische Energie in mein Leben fließen lassen kann.”

Zum Termin-Zeitpunkt (der aus der Ferne, also ohne Zoom-Call stattfindet) setze ich mich hier in meinen Büro hin und verbinde mich mit Deiner Frage, mit Deinem Thema, und mit meinen Guides, und beginne mit meinem Energy Reading. Das heißt, ich fange an, Infos, neue energetische Sichtweisen oder ggf. kurze angeleitete Meditationen für Dich zu channeln, die Dir dabei helfen können, Dein Thema besser zu verstehen, Deine Gedanken dazu wieder in ruhigere Bahnen zu lenken, und energetischen Support zu bekommen. 

Mein Energy Reading und alle gechannelten Infos nehme ich dabei für Dich als Audio-Datei auf, und sobald sie fertig ist, schicke ich Dir diese Aufnahme als Download per E-Mail zu.

Treat yourself // Tu Dir was Gutes

(Deutsche Version: s. u.) // This first week since I’ve come back into the office after my little vacation has been so wild. Collectively, many of us are getting quite nervous about the future, and societally, one might think we’re *this* close to tumbling into the abyss. 

Which is not necessarily true. 

Life always wants to support you actually – from all sides. 

With a lot of love. And with a big portion of clarity. And with lots of good energies that can bring oodles of joy into your life. 

Here’s an example: 

While I was on vacation in Bavaria, I gave one of my good friends a Clarity Session, as a gift, because my friend wanted to know which energies could best support her current career, right now. 

So, while my friend and I were still getting settled in a darkened room that had all the blinds drawn (to shield us from the blistering heat outside), a Guide popped up before my inner eyes: It was a clever little stoat, sporting its brown-and-white summer coat. 

Immediately, the little stoat began to hop around in certain ways in my inner landscape, to create symbolic images meant for my friend: 

First, I was shown how my friend, like the stoat, was able to “jump from tree to tree”, which symbolically meant that she was socially active: “She flits from one social event to the next, and to her, that’s like flying! Continue, continue, this is fun for her, and it gives her a lot of energy”, the stoat said. 

Next, the little stoat showed me how “your friend is really good at dashing from one bush to the next, in her forest – faster than most of the other little animals can”, which meant that, in her current career, my friend was able to tackle many issues in a short amount of time, without losing sight of what was important: “She’s doing such a good job with this, and she won’t be fooled here. It’s a strength she can really rely on – and not to worry, nobody is going to take that away from her. On the contrary, the other animals could start to think about how they might want to keep up with her…”, the stoat said, with a chuckle. 

And third, the little stoat showed me how “whenever your friend feels the need to connect to herself, she can just jump into a cool little river and dive for treasure hidden in her inner self.” And this image was a very obvious symbol for a thing my friend actually loves to do whenever she needs a moment to herself: She literally goes for a swim.

As happens so often in my sessions, all of these images delivered some very clear, very straight answers to questions my client had secretly been asking herself, additionally to the one she had asked me out loud. What she really wanted to know was, “Am I on the right track, what my career is concerned? Am I a good friend to my people? Am I a good Mom, and a good partner? What would help me use my strengths?” etc. 

And as the session continued, my friend received many more symbolic images that answered all of her questions in detail. 

All of the images I will channel for you in these sessions will always be custom-made for you.

And: These images will give you back all of the energy that is so often lost as you go through your stressful, hectic day-to-day life.

In other words: All of my sessions help replenish your inner resources. 

So that you can go back into your everyday life and feel relaxed, refreshed, and energised. 

The Guides recently gave me a phrase for that, actually: In their words, these sessions are “joy-filled, spiritual goodies” – and I couldn’t agree more.

Tu Dir was Gutes

Diese erste Woche, die ich jetzt seit meinem Urlaub zurück im Büro bin, fühlt sich schon wieder wild an. Kollektiv gesehen werden viele gerade immer nervöser, was die Zukunft betrifft, und gesellschaftlich gesehen könnte man meinen, wir steuern gerade direkt auf einen Abgrund zu. 

Das stimmt aber nicht unbedingt. 

Das Leben möchte Dich eigentlich immer gern von allen Seiten unterstützen. 

Mit viel Liebe. Mit einer ordentlichen Portion Klarheit. Und mit vielen guten Energien, die Freude in Dein Leben bringen können. 

Ein Beispiel: 

Während ich im Urlaub in Bayern war, habe ich einer meiner Freundinnen eine Clarity Session geschenkt, weil sie wissen wollte, welche Energien ihre laufende Karriere im Moment am besten unterstützen könnten. 

Und während wir es uns in einem abgedunkelten Zimmer (zum Schutz vor der brütenden Hitze) noch auf unseren Sesseln bequem machten, tauchte – wie so oft in diesen Sessions – sofort ein Guide vor meinem inneren Auge auf. In diesem Fall: Ein kleines, gewitztes Hermelinchen im braun-weißen Sommerpelz.  

Es begann direkt damit, in meiner inneren Landschaft auf bestimmte Art herumzuhüpfen und mir damit symbolische Bilder zu schicken, die für meine Freundin gedacht waren:  

Als erstes zeigte es mir, dass meine Freundin wie das Hermelinchen “von Baum zu Baum hüpfen kann”, was symbolisch für ihre sozialen Kontakte stand: “Sie hüpft von einem Social Event zum nächsten, und das ist für sie so schön wie Fliegen-Können! Weitermachen, weitermachen, das macht ihr Spaß, und das gibt ihr Energie”, sagte das Hermelinchen.  

Als nächstes zeigte es mir, dass meine Freundin “so schnell wie kaum ein anderes Tierchen in ihrem Wald von einem Busch zum nächsten flitzen kann”, was bedeutete, dass sie beruflich sehr viele Themen in kurzer Zeit angehen kann, ohne dabei den Überblick zu verlieren: “Das macht sie super, da kann ihr niemand was vormachen. Das ist eine Stärke, auf die sie sich immer verlassen kann. Und keine Angst, die nimmt ihr niemand weg. Die anderen Tierchen könnten sich eher mal überlegen, wie sie da mithalten möchten…”, meinte das Hermelinchen kichernd.  

Und drittens zeigte mir das kleine Hermelin, dass meine Freundin “immer mal wieder in einen kühlen Bach tauchen kann, wenn sie sich selbst spüren möchte, um mit kräftigen Schwimmzügen nach den Schätzen in ihrem Inneren zu tauchen.” Dieses Bild war ein sehr eindeutiges Symbol für das, was meine Klientin tatsächlich immer dann am liebsten macht, wenn sie für einen Moment zu sich kommen möchte: Schwimmen gehen.   

Diese Bilder waren, wie so oft in meinen Sessions, direkte Antworten auf Fragen, die sich meine Freundin insgeheim um ihre laut gestellte Frage herum gestellt hatte: “Mache ich eigentlich alles richtig, was meine Karriere betrifft? Bin ich eine gute Freundin für meine Liebsten? Bin ich eine gute Mama, und eine gute Partnerin? Was würde mir helfen, damit ich meine Stärken wirklich nutzen kann?” etc.

Im weiteren Verlauf der Session bekam meine Freundin noch viele weitere Bilder, die ihr diese Fragen bis ins Detail beantworteten. 

Solche Bilder, die ich jeweils in so einer Session für meine Klient*innen channele, sind immer maßgeschneidert. 

Und: Diese Bilder geben sofort all die Energie zurück, die wir in unserem hektischen, stressigen Alltag so oft verlieren. 

Anders gesagt: Jede meiner Sessions hilft Dir dabei, Deine inneren Ressourcen wieder aufzufüllen. 

Und danach gelöst und entspannt und energetisiert wieder in den Alltag zurück zu gehen.

Worum geht’s?

Meine Clarity Session ist eine knackige, private, vertrauliche Session via Zoom, in der sich alles um Klarheit dreht: 

Klarheit über ein Thema, das Dich in letzter Zeit beschäftigt hat. Klarheit über eine Frage, die Dir im Kopf herumschwirrt. Klarheit über ein Problem, das sich nicht hat lösen lassen. 

Sie ist eine schnelle, effektive Session-Form, in der wir alles anschauen können, was Deine laufende Karriere betrifft (vor allem, wenn die sich gerade chaotisch, schwer oder stagnierend anfühlt), oder alles, was Dein Beziehungsleben betrifft (egal, um welche Art Beziehung es geht: Romantisch, freundschaftlich, familiär, beruflich, oder auch Deine Beziehung zu Dir selbst… Du bestimmst). 

Du möchtest von dem chaotischen Durcheinander rüber hin zur Klarheit. Oder unter der langsamen Schwere weg und hin zur Leichtigkeit. Oder aus der verklebten Stagnation raus und hin zu was Frischem.

Wie funktioniert’s? 

Zu Beginn unserer Clarity Session erzählst Du mir kurz, was Dich beschäftigt. Und dann channele ich Informationen für Dich, ziehe Orakelkarten für Dich (wenn Du das möchtest), und nutze zusätzlich meine vielfach bewährten Methoden – Energy Work, und Coaching – um Dich in die Klarheit zu bringen.  

Und nach nur 60 bis 90 Minuten sind wir fertig.

Shadow as a friend // Der Schatten als Freund

(Deutsche Version: s.u.) // Our shadow is the combination of those unconscious parts in us that we tend to mostly think of as “the things that are standing in our way.” But: Your shadow wants to be your friend, really. We humans tend to think that shadow is something bad, or negative – something that needs to be unearthed through long and winding processes that are painful and tedious. 

But shadow work can be interesting and friendly, too: 

Let your shadow show you what it sees, through its lens, and then patiently and compassionately look at it, sideways: 

What is that distorted lens (that the show is giving you) revealing to you about your own life? 

Where is it “blind”? 

What is painted in rosy colours, even though that part of your life feels anything but rosy to you? 

Where is it showing you things about yourself that simply can’t be true – where is it suggesting you’re powerless, or incompetent, even though others are signalling to you that that is not so?

Shadow wants to show you where, unconsciously, you are not in your own power yet. And that is the gift that shadow brings: All that shadow does is show you things that aren’t ideal yet, in your own opinion. So it really isn’t an antagonist. It’s a friend. 

As humans, we are often not used to these kinds of friendships any more: Ones that are deeply respectful and honest and supportive. So it can be difficult to understand this friendship fully, and to be neutral enough to receive shadow’s messages clearly. 

So what can be really helpful here is to approach this whole issue with a third person present. With another human being in the room. Who can help hold the revelations that want to come through when you communicate with shadow.

Der Schatten als Freund

Der Schatten sind die unbewussten Anteile in uns, die wir oft vor allem als das wahrnehmen, “was uns im Weg steht”. Aber Dein Schatten möchte eigentlich Dein Freund sein. Wir Menschen finden oft, dass der Schatten etwas Schlechtes oder Negatives ist, und etwas, das wir in langwierigen Prozessen, die schmerzhaft und anstrengend sind, herausarbeiten müssen. 

Aber Schatten-Arbeit kann auch interessant sein, und sogar richtig nett: 

Lass Deinen Schatten Dir zeigen, was er durch seine Linse sieht, und dann schau Dir das alles nochmal mit Geduld und Mitgefühl von der Seite an: 

Was zeigt Dir die verzerrte Linse, die der Schatten Dir da gibt, über Dein eigenes Leben?

Wo ist er “blind”?

Wo ist was in rosigen Farben gezeichnet, obwohl sich dieser Teil Deines Lebens alles andere als rosig anfühlt?

Wo zeigt er Dir Dinge über Dich, die einfach nicht wahr sein können – wo behauptet er, dass Du absolut machtlos bist, oder inkompetent, obwohl andere Leute Dir signalisieren, dass das gar nicht stimmt?

Dein Schatten möchte Dir zeigen, wo Du (unbewusst) noch nicht in Deiner eigenen Power bist. Und das ist auch das Geschenk, das der Schatten mitbringt: Alles, was Dir der Schatten zeigt, sind Dinge, die Deiner eigenen Meinung nach noch nicht ideal sind. Er ist also kein Gegenspieler. Sondern ein Freund. 

Als Menschen sind wir es oft nicht mehr gewohnt, solche Freundschaften zu haben: Solche, die zutiefst respektvoll sind, und ehrlich, und unterstützend. Es kann also ganz schön schwierig sein, diese Freundschaft mit dem Schatten voll zu verstehen, und neutral genug zu bleiben, um seine Messages deutlich hören zu können. 

Was also wirklich hilfreich sein kann, ist, dieses ganze Thema mit einer dritten Person zusammen anzugehen – mit einem anderen Menschen, der mit dabei ist. Jemand, der Dir dabei helfen kann, die Aha-Erlebnisse auszuhalten, die hochkommen, wenn Du mit dem Schatten kommunizierst. 

Meine Einladung: Lass uns das gemeinsam machen. Mein neues Energy Healing Sessionpaket, Listening to the Devas, ist für genau diese Arbeit gemacht. Es ist ein Space, der dafür da ist, dass der Schatten gehört wird, und dass Dein tatsächliches Ich mithilfe gechannelter Guidance und energetischer Transformation zum Vorschein kommen kann.

(Deutsche Version: s.u.) // Imagine you could leave your everyday life for 30 minutes. Take a few imaginary steps out into nature. And suddenly find yourself inside of a mountain cavern. A pool, carved in stone, is waiting for you there – filled to the brim with beautiful warm water. You let yourself glide in. And the water embraces your legs, your belly, your shoulders. 

The air smells of smoky sandalwood. And when your feet touch the ground, they can feel the smooth, dark mountain slate, and it feels like stability and calmness. 

Next to the pool, you see a nice open fire burning, warming up the cave. Above you, a small opening, and the sky. 

You’re floating in the water. You can feel its warmth on your skin. And there’s a feeling of cosiness + comfort + safety, held for you by the cave. 

There are some fragrant essences running through the water. They feel nourishing and good, and they’re infusing you with a type of life force energy you haven’t felt in a long time. 

The energies of this cave will have some lovely messages for you. I’ll translate these messages for you, so you can hear them whispering in your ear. And you will feel their friendliness swirling all around you.

In Energie baden

Stell Dir vor, Du könntest mal für 30 Minuten komplett aus Deinem Leben raus. Du würdest in Deiner Vorstellung ein paar Schritte in die Natur gehen. Und Dich plötzlich im Inneren eines Berges wiederfinden. Wo ein steinerner Pool auf Dich wartet – gefüllt mit angenehm warmem Wasser. Du tauchst ein. Und das Wasser umspült Deine Beine, Deinen Bauch, Deine Schultern. 

Die Luft duftet nach Sandelholz-Rauch. Und wenn Deine Füße den Boden berühren, spüren sie glattes, dunkles Schiefergestein, das sich nach Halt und nach Ruhe anfühlt. 

Neben dem Pool flackert ein nettes offenes Feuer, das die Höhle erwärmt. Über Dir hat der Berg eine kleine Öffnung, und Du kannst den Himmel darüber sehen. 

Du lässt Dich im Wasser treiben. Spürst die Wärme auf Deiner Haut. Und ein Gefühl von Geborgenheit, das die Höhle für Dich hält. 

Dem Wasser sind duftende Essenzen beigemischt, die sich nährend und gut anfühlen, und sie versorgen Dich mit einer Form von Lebensenergie, die Du lange nicht gespürt hast. 

Die Energien hier in der Höhle haben schöne Botschaften für Dich. Und ich übersetze sie Dir in Sprache, damit Du ihr Flüstern hören kannst. Und die Friedlichkeit darin spüren kannst.  

So fühlt sich In Energie baden an – sagen die, die letzte Woche dabei waren: So heißt mein neues monatliches Gruppenerlebnis für bis zu 12 Teilnehmer*innen. (Unser erstes Treffen war so schön!)

Beta testers welcome // Mal probieren?

(Deutsche Version: s. u.) // Sometimes, I feel a bit like an artist who only ever half defines the shape my art wants to take. Sometimes,  the offerings I send out into the world have their very own ideas of what they want to be when they grow up. And when I then let my “works of art” be free to do their own thing, they actually become self-consistent and whole in ways I could not have anticipated. 

Here’s an example: When my newest offering – Listening to the Devas – showed itself to me for the first time, the first words I saw were “Joyful Transformation”. These made sense to me – the energy of Joyful Transformation often shows up in my sessions when a client notices that an old point of view (that hasn’t been a fit for them, for a while) starts to shift. Which then opens up their horizons to experiencing new and beautiful things.  

When I met with my new program for the second time, the Deva of Joyful Transformation brought along several of her sisters who now also play important roles in this whole production: There’s the Deva of Clarity – who cuts through nebulous thinking like no other. Or, the Deva of Exploration – who dares to dive into depths we would hardly go to, on our own. Or, the Deva of Fresh Growth – who boldly generates the New whenever life wants to keep growing.  

All of these Devas bring their own nuances to the program. And they all help transform the project you and I will be working on into something that’s self-consistent, whole, and very very interesting.

Mal probieren?

Manchmal fühle ich mich ein bisschen wie eine Künstlerin, die immer nur zur Hälfte selbst bestimmt, welche Formen meine Kunst annimmt. Manchmal bringen die Angebote, die ich in die Welt raus schicke, ihre so ganz eigenen Vorstellungen davon mit, wer sie mal werden möchten, wenn sie groß sind. Aber wenn ich meinen “Kunstwerken” den Freiraum gebe, ihr eigenes Ding zu machen, werden sie dann eben auch so ganzheitlich stimmig und in sich rund, wie ich es nicht hätte vorhersehen können. 

Als sich mir mein neuestes Angebot – Listening to the Devas – zum ersten Mal gezeigt hat, konnte ich zum Beispiel erstmal nur die Worte “Joyful Transformation” erkennen. Damit konnte ich was anfangen – die Energie der Deva of Joyful Transformation kommt in meinen Sessions schon immer dann zum Zug, wenn sich bei meinen Klient*innen ein alter Blickwinkel verschiebt, der schon lange nicht mehr zu ihrem Leben passt. Und plötzlich wird die Sicht auf Neues (und Schönes) frei. 

Bei meiner zweiten Begegnung mit meinem neuen Programm tauchten neben der Deva of Joyful Transformation etliche ihrer Schwestern auf, die in dieser Produktion seitdem ebenfalls eine wichtige Rolle spielen: Zum Beispiel die Deva of Clarity – die durch Gedankennebel schneidet wie keine Zweite. Oder die Deva of Exploration – die sich in die Tiefen wagt, die wir uns alleine oft nicht zutrauen. Oder die Deva of Fresh Growth – die mutig dort Neues generiert, wo das Leben wachsen möchte. 

Alle diese Devas bringen ihre ganz eigenen Nuancen ins Programm mit. Und sie helfen mit, dass das Projekt, das Du und ich gemeinsam bearbeiten, etwas ganzheitlich Stimmiges (und sehr Interessantes) wird. 

Welches Projekt in Deinem Leben könnte so einen ganzheitlichen Blick gebrauchen? Welches Projekt würdest Du gern mit mehr Klarheit, Tiefe oder neuem Wachstum auffüllen?
